SUMMARY
Worked in Power Line Maintenance & Construction exclusively since 1976. Have
work experience in Rubber Glove and Hotstick Methods on Distribution Voltages, and work
experience in Hotstick Methods on Transmission Circuits. Have Gloved 4KV from the
pole, Barehanded 69KV from a bucket truck, and spent extensive time Gloving 15-25KV and
Hotsticking 69-138KV during my career. I have supervised crews of various sizes,
with very good results. I am proficient in field and office computer record keeping
pertaining to Powerline work and GPS/GIS, and have developed computer applications using
common software to aid in maintenance activities and asset damage recovery. I used
my Power Line knowledge to create a comprehensive Geographical Information System for a
major generation and transmission cooperative in Oklahoma.

May2000-May2005 - Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, Anadarko, OK. Powerline Coordinator.
Developed and administered GPS Asset Management, Vegetation Management, and Mapping of
3600 miles of transmission power lines spanning three states.
May1988-May2000 - Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, Frederick, OK. Senior Power Line Technician. Performed
all aspects of Transmission Power Line Maintenance Crew as Working Foreman in an outpost
crew setting. Supervised crews in 15KV to 138KV Hotline and De-energized Line
Maintenance. Supervised three crewmen full-time, and up to 20 crewmen as needed for
projects. Maintained building facilities and a modest fleet of vehicles &
equipment. Planned crew activities for both routine maintenance and special
projects. Supervised and assisted a crew in troubleshooting transmission line and
substation problems. Was instrumental in establishing PCs and workable computer
applications at 6 Outpost Crew locations.
Oct1985-May1988 - Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, Elk City, OK. Journeyman Power Line Technician.
Performed all aspects of Transmission Power Line Maintenance as Journeyman Lineman in an
outpost crew setting. Supervised one other crewman in 15KV to 139KV Hotline and
De-energized Line Maintenance. Maintained a small building facility and a small
fleet of vehicles & equipment. Performed troubleshooting of transmission lines
and substations.

Lineman. Performed all aspects of Distribution Maintenance Journeyman Lineman on 15KV-25KV Hotline
& De-energized circuits.

Lineman. Began work history as Warehouseman (for 2 yrs.), advanced to Apprentice Lineman
(for 4 yrs.),
